Five-Star Google Reviews from Our Smiling Patients
They were amazing from the start. I needed to get my both bottom wisdom teeth extracted. The whole staff was very kind to me from the front desk ladies to the nurses and doctor. The day of my procedure I was a nervous wreck, I honestly have a big fear of dental work. But the nurses were comforting me and one gave me a hug. I just felt more at ease in their care.View On Google

Our Featured Procedures
Implants act as artificial tooth roots that encourage healthy jawbone growth and give your restorations a long-lasting, stable base. During surgery, Dr. Dillard will surgically strong titanium rods into your jawbone, which will eventually support natural-looking, fully functional tooth restorations. These crowns, bridges, or dentures, which will be created and attached to the implants by your regular dentist, will replace your missing teeth, making eating and chewing much easier.
Wisdom teeth are a third set of molars that typically start growing in during your late teens to early 20s. They usually need to be removed by an oral surgeon as they sometimes grow in crooked, don't break through the gums (impacted), or crowd existing teeth, causing bite problems. Dr. Dillard is a skilled oral surgery professional who can extract these unneeded molars using local anesthesia or relaxing sedation dentistry.
When you lose a tooth, the bone tissue beneath it loses density and shrinks, weakening the jaw structure and making it harder to support implants. In this case, Dr. Dillard can perform a procedure called a bone graft to replenish lost tissue and encourage new bone growth. Your existing jawbone is exposed during the surgery and a safe, sterile bone grafting material is added on top to strengthen it. After a healing period, Dr. Dillard can then proceed with your implant surgery.

What About TMJ Disorder Treatment?
Dr. Dillard does not specifically treat TMJ disorders. However, he can check for various oral conditions, including early signs of TMJ disorders, during your initial comprehensive exam. Some of the surgical procedures he performs can keep your bite properly aligned in order to stop TMJ issues from developing or getting worse.
