Dr. Matt Dillard
As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Dillard manages a wide variety of problems relating to the jaws, mouth, teeth and facial regions. After finishing his undergraduate degree at Clemson University, Dr. Dillard obtained his dental degree in 4 years at MUSC. Dr. Dillard then spent an additional 4 years at The Ohio State University where he completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency in 2003. After residency he entered active duty with the US Navy. He returned to Charleston in 2006 with his wife and 3 children where he has been practicing since.
Dr. Donald Phillips
Dr. Phillips attended Wofford College where he attained a Bachelor’s in Science. He then continued his education at The Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Phillips earned his DMD in 1999 and moved on to the Medical College of Virginia to complete a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Upon completion of residency, Dr. Phillips entered the U.S. Navy where he served 12 years a Naval Officer providing oral surgery at 5 different duty stations, the last being Naval Health Clinic Charleston. He is Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and enjoys treating patients with a wide variety of treatment needs. Dr. Phillips is thrilled to be back in Charleston, where he resides with his wife and 4 children.
Judi Taylor – Insurance Coordinator
Judi joined Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of the Lowcountry in 2011 bringing over 30 years of medical and dental insurance experience. Her primary responsibilities are processing insurance claims and scheduling hospital cases. She enjoys traveling and spending time with ent and finance options.
