So we see a variety of patients that come in. Sometimes they have, you know, they're young, they're healthy, they have a great smile. But they may have some wisdom teeth in the back that are causing some pain or maybe pushing on some of the teeth in front of them.
The consultation process is pretty straightforward. Get to know them a little bit, review the history, look in their mouth, check out the X-ray, see if any of the teeth are close to any particular structures, such as the sinuses or the nerves, and then schedule the procedure for a different day.
Oftentimes, patients have four wisdom teeth, and we remove all four at one time, do it under sedation, they'll be very comfortable throughout. They have a pretty short recovery period really. So we can accommodate all those and we see all types of. I think this practice can really offer great patient care. We're really warm and friendly. We can put them at ease with sedation. Oftentimes, we can coordinate it with them to go work around their school schedule.
